Enabling Secure Enrollment

• Is there a re-installation script available?
  • The nsdiag command line utility supports updating the client with the authentication and encryption tokens.  See https://docs.netskope.com/en/netskope-client-command-reference/ for more info. 
  • The above has been available on Windows for sometime but is available on Mac clients in R124 and above. 
• Would you recommend running it on all devices?
  • It should be run on any devices where new users might enroll such as VDIs, shared laptops, and any newly provisioned devices.  
  • For newly provisioned devices you can add it into the command line install string or script parameters on Mac. 
• What would be the potential impact of doing so?
  • I’d suggest contacting your local Netskope sales engineer or channel engineer for more info.  As I understand it, this would need to be run on any devices where new users would enroll but existing enrollments don’t need the tokens but I’d confirm with your local team or support.
