Hello all,

Before we will deploy secure enrollment feature 

I have a question regarding secure enrollment.

  • Is there a re-installation script available?
  • Would you recommend running it on all devices?
  • What would be the potential impact of doing so?

Additionally, I’d like to clarify the following scenario:
If a different user logs in to my computer for the first time after we enable secure enrollment, will they encounter any errors?

  • Is there a re-installation script available?
  • Would you recommend running it on all devices?
    • It should be run on any devices where new users might enroll such as VDIs, shared laptops, and any newly provisioned devices.  
    • For newly provisioned devices you can add it into the command line install string or script parameters on Mac. 
  • What would be the potential impact of doing so?
    • I’d suggest contacting your local Netskope sales engineer or channel engineer for more info.  As I understand it, this would need to be run on any devices where new users would enroll but existing enrollments don’t need the tokens but I’d confirm with your local team or support.
