Blocking Data Sharing on Documents Shared By External Users

We are facing one issue where users are sharing google docs from external domains eg: gmail.com to nykaa.com, and nykaa.com users are able to access the google docs or sheets on which they can paste /write the sensitive information.

So how do we block this transaction with Netskope

I have the same issue. I was thinking I am the only one who faced this. glad I am not alone.

I found this as google edit activity. You can block this without any profile. Profile is not supported by google drive backup & Sync. Test and let me know. That’s what I found.

You can prevent users from logging into google drive/gmail with personal accounts. Or you can block the “share” action in a real-time protection policy.
