Hi Rafael,
I believe you are referring to this section in https://support.netskope.com/s/article/Download-the-Netskope-Client-and-Installation-Scripts
141 is a golden release and there are multiple minor versions under 141 such as 141.1.0, 141.1.7; which are also golden release versions. Now, if you are trying to deploy Client with the 141 golden release then you can use 141.1.7 as it has most of the fixes under 141 release.
