Best Practice Tip:

Please ensure that when removing a publisher from an App Definition, the app is not left without any publishers. Following best practices, it is recommended to maintain at least two publishers to avoid having idle applications. If an application ends up without a publisher, it can be assumed that it is no longer needed and, in such cases, the App Definition should also be deleted.

After removing the applications, go back to the publisher section, and you can see that there are now Zero apps connected to the publisher.
