I would like to block Generative AI applications.

Users should not be able to submit prompts without logging in.

Users should be allowed to access and use Generative AI applications only after successful authentication. However, they should be able to use any instance ID, such as Gmail, a company account, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.
Could any one help on the best way to configure this policy?
