Hello,

Based on the error message, the user request is being steered to the Netskope cloud proxy successfully, but the proxy itself is unable to establish a connection to the destination over HTTPS (TCP 443), resulting in the timeout error.

Possible causes may include upstream connectivity issues, DNS resolution problems, TLS handshake failures, or temporary reachability issues on the destination side.
