Hello,

Netskope added the cert-pinned applications under steering configuration exception by default.

Can we get a list of these applications added by NS?

Thank You @Rohit_Bhaskar , that was helpful.

If any application is added under steering exception, will we get any types of logs/alerts for them?

Hi @prajakta.yadav ,

looked into the documentations and if you want to see logs or alerts for these exceptions, you can enable this feature on the Steering Configuration page:

To enable logging for exception traffic:
1. Navigate to the Steering Configuration page
2. Look for an option to enable logging for exception traffic
3. Enable this option to start seeing logs in Skope IT Events It's important to note that you will need to take this specific action to get logs or alerts for applications added under steering exceptions, as it is not the default behavior of the system.

Let me know if this helps.
