Is there a way to report out what network location profiles exist and what the IP addresses they contain?  Bonus points if it can be tied to what SSL policies!

Not sure if you are asking where to find configured Network Location.
On SSL Decryption policy it is called Destination IP; while on steering configuration exception it is called Destination Locations.

It is under Policies> Profiles> Network, aka Network Location, but using destination profile can achieve the same results now.

Hope it helps.

I’ve been told that the policy API is coming in Q3.

Other than that, you would have to parse the JSON returned out of your tenant to do it programmatically. Selenium could work for that.
