One common scenario is when an app/service uses IP-based allowlisting. When traffic is steered to Netskope, the IP seen by the app/service will be a Netskope IP rather than your public IP, so access will be denied.
Netskope sends your actual IP in the XFF header, but many providers are reluctant to rely on this. You may want to ask Netskope about their dedicated egress IP option.
