Is it possible to implement Netskope in a workgroup environment? The customer doesn't have any AD or IDP solution in their environment and have a distributed environment.
If possible what would be procedure?

Is there any way to manage workgroup network in netskope? on single system there might be more than 2 users ? They don't have any AD or IDP solution ?
Time to invest in an IDP. At a bare minimum deploy a self-hosted IDP solution such as Keycloak or Authentik.
There are not a lot of options here. Netskope is designed to work with AD or IDP at a minimum for user provisioning.
Email invitations are more for PoC as you will lose out on any group-based control without SCIM or AD sync.
