Java process and HTTP requests

Hi All,

We are trying to determine if Netskope has visibility into traffic sent from java/python scripts.

For example, if I have a java script that sends an HTTP POST to a API and the POST contains sensitive data, can Netskope detect that? From my testing it doesn’t seem so, but we wanted to check with the community.

Thanks!

Hi @kdibble ,

Universal app connector & Web Universal has capability to detect POST activity to any generic SaaS/ Websites and apply DLP controls accordingly. But please be informed that both of them works at best effort basis.

Kindly raise a support case with complete details so will review it thoroughly.

Also note that you will probably have to load the Netskope certifications into the Java store.
