Loading sites in incognito mode is very slow

Netskope has a website to test the speed, I have shared the below url.

This behaviour is observed with only specific website or common for most of them ?

I would suggest you to run the speed test on normal browser tab and then on incognito.

If you feel there is a difference in the result, raise a case with support and share the Speed test results for further investigation.

Other factors that might contribute to this issue can be:

1. The netskope client version that you are using, ensure you are on the latest golden release.
2. Is this behaviour observed in the Corporate/Office network, if yes try to connect over Personal Hotspot and then try 
3. Try to test on multiple browsers.

Hi Mudassar,

This issue is happening only when we access any site on Private mode and slowness is only during initial time, then its started working fine for subsequent access on new tabs.

Netskope client version is 132.0.8. This is happening on personal network and only when private access is enabled.
