Does the Netskope client keep the SWG/NPA secure tunnels if the laptop/PC goes in sleep or hibernate mode?

As standard it will not disconnect. See AOAC note here: https://docs.netskope.com/en/netskope-client-deployment-options
For BWAN client, AOAC has been supported since 107.6.
