Hello,

So we have installed Netskope client on one of our endpoints and during the enrollment process we got an error “ Configuration failed to load” 

Can anyone let us know the root cause of the problem and its workaround.

Assuming IDP mode, this error can be caused by:

  • SSL inspection of Netskope traffic
  • Invalid email address (user not provisioned to Netskope or a mismatch in values provided by the IDP to Netskope)
  • Invalid parameters 

Client logs will provide more detail on the specific issue. Have you already opened a case with support?

As of now I don't have access for the support, Is there any other way to find the root cause for this or Only client logs can help in this scenario.
