Greetings, I'd like to know how the Netskope client identifies its closest POP and how I can change, for example, the POP IP within a client to point to another and run latency tests?
Page 1 / 1
The Netskope Client uses the GSLB service to identify the closest PoP. The client will evaluate every 15 mins based on RTT times and send you to the lowest latency PoP based on your location. Please see this doc: https://docs.netskope.com/en/netskope-client-network-configuration/
Currently, there is not a way for you to “switch” PoP’s manually.
