Hello Community,

some of our clients stuck on version 114 or 117 - most updated without a problem. Has anyone encountered something similar and maybe solve it?

I have seen some of our clients hadn’t downloaded the newer client version to path c:\ProgramData\Netskope\stagent\download\

 

Normally a restart of the device or the NS Service triggers the download. 

 

Also, check the AD group used for targeting the Client Configuration, confirm the user is a member of same group too. 


There was a bug, which prevents client from updates when “protect client configuration and resources” is turned on. I believe fixed in 119:
