It seems that users under SkopeIT are only displayed when accessing Cloud Apps or the Web.

Events from Cloud Firewall or Private Apps are not included, resulting in limited visibility.

Do you have any suggestions on how we can monitor user activity in these cases?

It seems Netskope doesn’t support to present users that are using private apps in this page.

We have created a support case for this issue: 00578736
The corresponding feature enhancement ER number is NPLAN-3426

The fix date is still TBD.

You can create a catch-all policy at the bottom of your stack for all categories with the “alert” action.

It will catch *most* traffic that is not a known cloud app.

If you want to log 100% of everything you need webTX as far as I am aware.
