Google Play Store on Chromebook wasn't working properly after installation of the Netskope Chromebook app. I added a certificate-pinned application specifying these URLs and added a steering bypass for ChromeOS. The store works and apps can be downloaded.

 

Note: We have a managed google play store on android & ChromeOS that only has approved apps.

Sorry, spoke too soon. Downloads don't work. Still investigating with Netskope.

Spoke with the Google team. Adding an SSL decryption bypass for the URLs in these two links fixed the issue.
