I've found the information in trust.netskope.com to be a trailing indicator, and doesn't include every brief interruption. Instead it tends to show large scale events.
There have been a few instances over the past couple months where (for example) we had an issue with the management UI and we have opened a ticket with support. Two days later, after a few message exchanges further explaining the issue, we received a message acknowledging a behind-the-scenes issue with the management PoP. However the trust site still showed 100% availability and functionality for the day/time when the issue was reported.
