Question 1 is are you licenses for Netskope's Advanced Analytics. If you do not see Advanced Analytics in your the Menu like below then reach out to your account executive for details on costs and licensing. 
If you do have AA in your Netskope Tenant, follow this link for information on how to clone a dashboard and save it to your personal folders.
