User Notification - User Alert with mandatory End-User Justification

Netskope Inline CASB or SWG license is required
Context
Please provide a business justification before accessing a Non-Sanctioned Cloud Application. This notification ensures clarity regarding user actions.
Configuration
Path: Netskope Tenant UI >>> Policies --- Templates --- User Notification >>> Add Template >>> Cloud App & Web
Template Name – User Alert - Non-Sanctioned Access - Justification Mandatory
Logo – Select ‘Large’ and Select your company logo
Title – ‘FOR NON-BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY’
Message – You have attempted to access a Non-Sanctioned Cloud Application. Make sure not to Upload, Share, Send, Post any business-sensitive information.
If you require access for legitimate business purposes, kindly provide a business justification and click 'Proceed.'
To request sanctioning for this application, please contact the IT Team through the Service Desk Portal and provide the following information
User Email - {{NS_USER}}
Application Name - {{NS_APP}}
Category Name - {{NS_CATEGORY}}
Activity Name - {{NS_ACTIVITY}}
Policy Name - {{NS_POLICY_NAME}}
URL - {{NS_URL}}
Footer Message - YOUR INTERNET ACTIVITY IS BEING MONITORED AND RECORDED
Uncheck - Make input optional for the Proceed Button
Redirect – As per your choice of webpage (Optional Setting)

- Facebook is Non-Sanctioned Cloud Application so I added the below Realtime Protection Policy with ‘Action – User Alert and ‘Template - User Alert - Non-Sanctioned Access - Justification Mandatory’

- The end-user attempted to log in to Facebook and received the following message:
- Until the end-user provides additional input regarding 'Justify Usage,' they will not be able to log in to the application.
Conclusion
