✅ Features not to miss out!

This section highlights key innovations from the recent Netskope release that can significantly enhance your Adoption and Value Realization journey.

Top Highlights:

  • Deepfake Detection On-Demand API : You can now use APIs to submit audio, video, and image files and determine if the media contains Deepfake-generated content based on human voice and facial features. Note : Feature requires an add-on license. Contact your Account SE for license details

This API is particularly valuable for organizations looking to:

  • Detect fraudulent or manipulated media that could be used in social engineering attacks
  • Validate the authenticity of sensitive video or audio communications
  • Strengthen AI security posture by identifying synthetic media threats
  • Private Access AI Ops Agent : The Private Access AI Ops Agent is an AI-powered auditing tool for Netskope Private Access (NPA) that helps you optimize your existing application segment definitions. The agent analyzes your private app configurations and provides recommendations to improve security posture and operational efficiency. It identifies unused destinations and ports, converts broad destinations into narrow IP Destinations and IP Subnets.

  • Email DLP Delete action per recipient :  A new action called “Remove Recipients” is added to the Email Outbound policies. The action removes the restricted recipients from the email so that it gets delivered only to the allowed recipients. An email notification can be added to inform the sender about the removed users.

⭐️ Customer Favourite This Month Again : Remote Browser Isolation

Netskope Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) provides a proactive, zero-trust security layer that protects users from web-borne threats — malware, phishing, ransomware, and zero-day exploits — without over-blocking access to the web. Untrusted websites are rendered in a fresh, disposable cloud container; only a safe visual stream reaches the browser. No website code ever touches the endpoint.

RBI is fully integrated into Netskope One — simply select Isolate in your Real-Time Protection policies. No extra agents, consoles, or complex setup.

How customers get value from RBI

  • Protection from Unknown Web Threats – Uncategorized and newly registered sites are isolated in ephemeral containers, offloading all risky execution to the cloud while users browse normally.
  • Browser Data Protection Controls – Granular per-policy control over clipboard, file transfers, printing, and a Read-Only mode that blocks text input — preventing credential harvesting on phishing sites.
  • Secure Access to Unsanctioned Cloud Apps – Isolate unmanaged apps to allow viewing while protecting the user from threats and enforcing data protection controls that prevent uploads, downloads, and copy/paste — stopping data leaks.
  • Content Inspection for WhatsApp Web – Isolate the end-to-end encrypted app to enable full DLP and Threat Protection on file uploads/downloads, combined with browser data protection controls to prevent data leakage.
  • Mobile Protection – RBI now extends to managed Android and iOS devices with the same policies and controls.

🆕 Recent Enhancements

We believe user experience is key to security adoption — if isolation feels seamless, users stay protected without friction. That’s why a wave of recent innovation has made the secure isolated experience virtually indistinguishable from native browsing: persistent session continuation via Cookies Cloud Storage, extended clipboard supporting rich text, images and files, drag-and-drop, multi-file and folder uploads, plus full Enterprise Browser interoperability.

Why customers love it

For teams with limited security resources, RBI is a set-and-forget layer: configure once, and users are proactively protected from known and unknown threats with zero endpoint risk — while keeping the familiar web experience.
