Hi all!     We are exploring new ideas and concepts that will enable you to get even better visibility into your organization’s cloud environments in order to make informed decisions on next steps; whether it be to create / strengthen policies, investigate / remediate issues, or take other response actions to protect your organization.   If you meet the criteria for participation below, please provide your interest AND/OR nominate a team member with this this Google Form.   Participation criteria: Active NS customers Users of Cloud Security services (Cloud Inline, CASB API, SSPM), whose role requires them to monitor cloud services, analyze security data, set up policies, or investigate/remediate issues; or, Security manager, CISO, or other security management role that needs to understand the risk and exposure status of their cloud environments   Thank you!!

The Netskope client has connected to Chennai Gateway but the https://notskope.com is showing that the traffic is not steering to Netskope.  We have configured the Traffic steering policy with dynamic steering enabled, if we disabled the dynamic steering then if we select the “All traffic” means, the traffic is steering towards Netskope. If we select the cloud APPS only then the traffic is not steering to Netskope. Any thoughts on this

Hi,My name is Neil and I've been on the Netskope journey since the beginning of 2023. I'm based in beautiful, sunny Brisbane, Australia. I have been in the network & security arena for a long time and it's been a long & winding path. After working in the 'pure' networking field until 2010ish, I did some work with a large global company to implement application acceleration across WANs and the Internet, as well as related performance monitoring. That was the start of my working with application behaviour; whether it be how to speed apps up, what's causing them to go slow, user interactions and if/how the apps are secured (or not). Around 2020, I got into data analytics (observability) to provide insights mostly related to infrastructure and security ingest types.  Netskope provides an exciting confluence of where I've come from.   Hey there! 👋   The Community team is excited to share that on Monday, April 17, 2023, the Netskope Community is getting a much needed makeover!  🙌   Netskope believes in the value of community — and that's why our team has invested a lot of time and effort fixing and improving the UI/UX issues on this site.  We're excited to get this first release delivered to you next week.  After we push the new site live, we'll incrementally push out new releases based on your feedback... but more on that part next week.   Here’s what you need to know: In order to push the new site into production, the Netskope Community will be down for a few hours in the wee hours of the morning on Monday (for those of us in the Eastern time zone, that is.) I've been at Netskope for two and a half years now, joined the company as a Customer Success Manager to help customers here in Brazil. I have 20 years of experience in Cyber Security, with a great part of it dedicated to Data Protection - especially the strategic aspects of it. Hope to be helpful on this great Netskope Community!
